Accountability is absolutely critical to your success. as a fitness expert many of my clients have asked what steps can they take to better succeed at reaching their fitness goals. One very important and critical step is to find someone that you trust and who is knowledgebale, has a positive attitude, and is willing to support and check up on you. Everyone I know who’s been successful at keeping weight off long term has had a coach or support group to hold them accountable. This is the main reason I have provided my clients with a forum to blog and connect with others who are on their journey to get fit and stay fit and healthy. I offer group sessions in the local parks, at a local gym and in homes. Please connect with a coach you can trust, or connect with a group for fitness. If you do not have a group, please consider joining one of my group sessions and learn basic fat shredding, accountability, proper food choices that will help motivate you while you take back the control of your life. Thanks for your interest in connecting with others who are getting fit, making healthy choices for themselves and their families, and taking control over their lives.
I am a certified personal fitness trainer who is highly motivated with an outgoing, uplifting personality. I want to connect with as many people that are interested in changing their lives. My goal is to connect us together to change the way we view ourselves and the world around us. Life can appear out of control when we are caring for others and neglecting ourselves. Our health is the first to suffer during our struggles to be all that we can be for others. My mission is to take at least one hour out a day to take care of my health. Think back to a time when you looked and felt your best and reconnect with that person within you. As a fitness expert and coach I have found this to be the key to discovering where you are today in your fitness journey.
